  1. Create your workspace via Onboarding and choose an account name.
  2. Verify your email to activate access.
  3. Log in and complete the initial setup checklist.

Tip: During the free trial, usage limits are relaxed so you can explore features fully.

Accounts & Tenants

CreatorSync is multi-tenant. Your workspace (tenant) isolates data, users, and settings. Admins can invite team members, manage roles, and configure billing at the workspace level.

  • Admin and Poster roles cover most workflows.
  • All automations and data sources are scoped to your workspace.

Data Sources

Connect platforms like Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube. Data collection jobs aggregate content and insights safely and efficiently.

Supported Platforms

  • Instagram Reels
  • Threads Posts
  • TikTok Videos
  • Twitter Tweets
  • YouTube Channels

Best Practices

  • Use API keys or official connectors where provided.
  • Respect rate limits; schedule heavy jobs off-peak.
  • Store only data you need; enable retention policies.

Automation Workflows

Run scheduled jobs to fetch, normalize, and analyze content. You can orchestrate multi-platform collections and downstream processing from the dashboard.

Media Analysis

Use the Media Analysis tools to detect similarities, compute hashes, and track performance. Results are accessible in your admin dashboard.

Billing & Trials

New workspaces start with a 1‑month free trial. Plan selection may be disabled temporarily; we’ll notify you before trial end and provide upgrade options.

Troubleshooting

  • Check job queue status if data is not appearing.
  • Verify credentials for each data source.
  • Review rate limit logs for throttling warnings.

Security & Privacy

  • Data is tenant‑isolated by design.
  • Use least‑privilege roles for team members.
  • Enable 2FA for all admins.
